Ways to Give
There are multiple ways to give to Kellman Brown Academy. Each and every gift is greatly appreciated. If you have questions please feel free to contact Vivian Barnett, Director of Development & Community Relations, at vbarnett@kellmanbrownacademy.org or at (856) 679-2929 ext. 1714.
Cash and Checks: Most donors find that a personal check is the easiest way to make a gift. These donations are fully tax-deductible and have an immediate impact upon the program for which the funds are allocated. Please make checks payable to “Kellman Brown Academy” and can be mailed to:
Kellman Brown Academy
1007 Laurel Oak Rd
Voorhees, NJ 08043
Securities: Gifts of stock are gratefully accepted. Giving securities to Kellman Brown Academy that have increased in value since purchased allows the donor to take the current market price as a tax deduction and avoid capital gains tax on the increase. For more information please contact Rabbi Moshe Schwartz, Head of School, at mschwartz@kellmanbrownacademy.org or at (856) 679-2929 ext. 1709.
Matching Gifts: Double your gift! Contact your company’s human resources department to inquire about your matching gift program and obtain the necessary company forms.
Gifts-in-Kind: Donations of technology, equipment, furniture, and other items relevant to our educational program and in good condition are welcome. The donor, through appraisal or record of purchase, determines gift value. If the in-kind gift is of a direct and immediate use to Kellman Brown Academy, the donor may deduct the full fair market value.
Planned Gifts: A number of planned gift vehicles exist for donors. Some of these include gifts of life insurance, bequests, remainder trusts, and other annuities. Many unique and beneficial tax advantages can be gained through these gifts. Please contact Rabbi Moshe Schwartz, Head of School, at mschwartz@kellmanbrownacademy.org or at (856) 679-2929 ext. 1709.
