Parent Teacher Group Introduction
PTG is a dedicated group of parents and teachers who work together for the benefit of our school. We provide the funding and the manpower for many projects throughout the year. Our goal is to do as much for our school as we possibly can.
As you know, and we want to emphasize, all Kellman Brown parents and teachers are members of the Parent-Teacher Group and as such are welcome and encouraged to attend our meetings. For the upcoming school year, we plan to hold monthly meetings alternating both days of the week, and daytime and evening hours. We are confident that this will make it convenient to enable as many of you as possible to join us at least occasionally.
We have already started to form many of the committees that run our major events such as the Book Fair, Mitzvah Mall, and Plant Sale. Each of these committees will be looking for additional volunteers and we expect to add some exciting new programs that will need fresh ideas and fresh faces to make them successful.
If you would like to take a more active role in PTG, if you have any questions, if you have ideas for future events, or if you just want to talk about PTG, please feel free to contact us by leaving a message in the Kellman Brown office.. We are looking forward to hearing from you and seeing you at our meetings and programs. Our children are counting on us!
