Science Homework: due date Feb 22nd

Create a document with a table that describes the levels of your game with relationship to the body system (as demonstrated and practiced in class). For each game level indicate the following: how it relates to the body system, the goal of the player, the rules of the game, the components you intend to use and the space.

Here is the example we discussed in class (the example demonstrates the content of one game level for a game based on the Digestive System– you should have between 3-4 detailed levels in your document).

The story: The little pea journey through the Digestive System in order to get to the ocean. (You already wrote a story -- please add your story to this document).

Body System: The Digestive System

Game Level Description

Game Level Sketch

The Mouth

Purpose: breaking the food mechanically using the teeth.

In this level the pea is represented by a Boss (a strong enemy). The Avatar is helping the teeth to break the pea.

Goal: Destroy the Boss in 30sec

Rules: The avatar can only walk. He has a sword and should use it to destroy the Boss. Timing is everything in this level.

Components: white blocks , Boss, Avatar that uses sword, timer.

Mechanics: walk

Space: the space is closed, one screen, background is red (like the mouth) and the white blocks are positioned in two layers (like the teeth.)

Here I would sketch the 2 rows of white blocks.

The Esophagus

The Stomach

The Small and Large intestine
